What stats should I be tracking in my chiro biz? I hear this question daily in conversations with early career chiropractors -- from the interns I help mentor, to coaching clients and prospective practicing docs that would rather spend their time doing anything BUT numbers.

Here’s the thing: I LOVE numbers. Always have. I LOVE diving deep into spreadsheets and tracking stats. Gotta know those things forwards and backwards. But… it is easy to get lost, feel overwhelmed or spend TOO much time IF you do not have a simplified method to help to guide your queries.
