Making your next (or first) hire: big scary decision. Or is it?

A majority of business owners will tell you that they waited too long to hire support staff. Or that hiring an associate doctor was the best thing they had ever done. Or, you’ll hear horror stories -- employees that were a terrible fit, did terrible things or the doc just didn’t know how to train effectively.

Most of all, I hear fear -- of not being able to afford to hire, supporting other people’s families or of investing in someone just to have them leave.

Well friends, that’s life as a business owner. No better way to put it -- HOWEVER, you CAN control how prepared you feel financially to hire someone by getting clear on your numbers.

How efficiently you delegate, automate, delete and what you DO in your business can make or break your business model.

Let’s dive deep on the cash you generate and what you do with it afterwards. Can you generate more with some help? Probably. Can you implement a system to automate something you shouldn’t be spending time on? Likely story.
