All I wanted was someone to look at spreadsheets with me….

Before I found Profit First, I was a bit aimless in what I *should* be looking for and tracking in our practice.

It led to several awkward moments with staff and my husband (who technically owned our practice).

We were working. A lot. We were generating. We were paying our bills…and there was constantly something new.

Once I did the Instant Assessment I was SHOCKED to see how much of the pie was actually “ours.”

Things got REAL. We started to lean down and figure out what was actually essential to our business function.

Getting clear on the Numbers was the first step. I had awesome mentors and accountability partners to help me implant Profit First and make it work for us.

Yesterday a new client admitted to having a meticulous spreadsheet…but it didn’t tie to what we were seeing on financial reports.
